Course Overview
|
The session will build capacity for teachers to be able to strategically question pupils and gear them toward effectively planning an investigation in a whole class context. This will be followed by a full day of practical activity with students and teachers to provide an opportunity to develop the skills introduced in the twilight session this will also be supported by our undergraduate scientist mentors. |

Course Aims
|
An INSET twilight session will aim to give teachers confidence to work with their students within the range of activities and to establish pedagogical approaches of Science Investigation through the context of Materials appropriate for the curriculum needs of KS2 children. |
